KALYANARAMAN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS started with a focus on Retail Financial Services and popularly came to be known as KSMC-RFS. With the inclusion of real estate sector and family owned businesses to its fold, the firm is now known as KSMC. The firm is spearheaded by Kalyanaraman Iyer, a management professional and career retail banker.

He has more than two decades of accomplished experience in the fields of retail banking with a focus on Mortgages, FMCG and Management education. His career association in the financial space has been with Al Rajhi Bank, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) as Head – Mortgage Business, ICICI Bank, Mumbai, India, as Head Training – Mortgages (Product Policy & Risk), GRUH Finance Ltd., Mumbai, India as Regional Manager, Maharashtra. He worked with Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, India as Research Associate. He also worked with National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), Anand, India and Dinshaw’s Frozen Foods, Nagpur, India during the initial years of his career.

Having worked in the areas of strategic management, credit and risk management, business development, training and development of human resources, Kalyanaraman Iyer laid the foundation of KSMC on Nov 24, 2010. The organization was formally established on May 1, 2011. KSMC has been created to assist corporates and family owned business to realize their full potential in providing solutions to their stakeholders and customers.
