| The Indian housing finance market is more than three decades old and it has really seen substantial action in the decade since 1995-2000. It is very challenging time for the housing finance sector since 2007 considering the world economy and its impact in India. However, individual players have been registering smart growth of anywhere between 20 to 25% on y-o-y basis. The client organization was a newly established housing finance company by a leading HFC and international funding agency with mandate to work in select states of India having low penetration of credit for housing. |

| KSMC was approached to design develop and deliver functional training program for its new team members to address the customer and product segments identified by the institution. |

| KSMC developed the functional training program to bring out clear understanding of the business perspective of the organization and the customer segment targeted by the institution. The program was customized based on the need analysis with complete understanding of the adult learning process of creating enabling environment for the participants to experience the live situation in the classroom by adopting a facilitating process. The content was based on the industry frame work developed at generic level and issues of importance from the regulatory perspective. It had specific focus on the policy, process and product programs adopted by the client organization. The learning’s were internalized by making the participants work in groups to understand live case studies developed specifically for the client organization. |

| The program content was validated by all the stakeholders of the institution which included Policy and risk, sales and marketing, legal and technical teams. KSMC has delivered more than 300 hours of classroom program and has the privilege of being associated with multiple functional programs for the same institution. |
